the main reason I left my church was because of lack of leadership. I went directly to another church. I believe that a pastor should set the tone and direction of the church. I feel that my pastor was too easily side tracked and lost the direction he was going. In life and in the church there are always distractions that take us away from where we are going. I believe that the ability to deal with these distractions yet still keep on track is the sign of a true leader. The church tends to lose its idenity and will be easily go off on unproductive side tracks. We spent so much time working on the side tracks and not on getting back on track.
